Return and Exchange Policy

- Lamsah Shop will bear the exchange fees if the reason for the exchange is a manufacturing defect in the product or a size discrepancy from their side.

2. Exchange Procedures:
- Exchange procedures at Lamsah Shop do not begin until the product is received from the customer and verified.
- The product will be exchanged within 7 to 14 working days after verifying the suitability of the exchanged product and depending on the available stock.
3. Shipping Delays:
- Lamsah Shop is not responsible for delays by the shipping company during the exchange process.
4. Refunds:
- Refunds due to the customer will be processed within 14 working days from the date the management approves the return and inspects the product.
- The customer is not entitled to demand an immediate refund from Lamsah Shop under any circumstances, and the transfer will be made as indicated above within 14 working days from the arrival of the return to our warehouses and approval of the return.
