#### Article 2 - Consumer's Legal Capacity
1. The consumer acknowledges that they have the legal capacity, both religiously and legally, to engage with the store, or that they are at least eighteen years old.
2. The consumer agrees that in the event of violating this article, they will bear the consequences of this violation before others.

#### Article 3 - Nature of the Store's Commitment
1. The store's commitment to consumers is to provide the service or product.
2. The store may provide other services such as after-sales services or other related services, depending on the nature and type of service or product requested by the consumer.

#### Article 4 - Usage Guidelines
1. The consumer agrees to use the store's electronic platform in accordance with public morals and the applicable laws in Saudi Arabia.
2. The consumer agrees not to use any service or product purchased from the store in violation of public morals and the applicable laws in Saudi Arabia.

#### Article 5 - Accounts and Registration Obligations
1. Upon applying to join the store as a member, you are obliged to disclose certain information and choose a username and a secret password for use when accessing the store's services.
2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password, and you agree to notify the store immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of your confidential information.

1. The parties to this agreement agree that communication will be conducted via the registered email on the platform.
2. The consumer agrees that all agreements, announcements, data, and other communications provided electronically meet the legal and religious requirements.
3. The consumer agrees to the possibility of being contacted and notified of any provisions related to this agreement or their dealings through general messages sent to all consumers or specific users of the store.

#### Article 7 - Amendments to the Agreement and Fees
1. If any provision or clause in this agreement is canceled or any provision or clause in this agreement is no longer valid, such an occurrence does not invalidate the remaining provisions, clauses, rules, and regulations of this agreement.
2. This agreement - which may be amended from time to time as necessary - constitutes the working mechanism and understanding between the consumer and the store.
3. The store may impose fees on some consumers depending on the offers, products, or services they request, or as imposed by the state from fees or taxes on the nature of the product or service.
4. The store reserves the right to add, increase, decrease, or waive any fees or expenses under the provisions and terms of the usage agreement, for any consumer.

#### Article 8 - Payment and Settlement Services
1. The store, through its partners, provides a payment and settlement system, which can be conducted entirely online through the payment options available on the store or through any payment method provided by the store from time to time.
2. The store is committed to setting the price of the service or product it offers according to the recognized market value.
3. The store is committed to providing invoices, receipts, and collection receipts for all amounts and profits that arise in its store and is committed to giving the consumer an invoice for purchasing the service or product.
4. The store is committed to providing recognized accounting standards in its electronic store.

#### Article 9 - Intellectual Property
1. The intellectual property rights of the store are fully owned by the store, whether they were owned before the establishment of this electronic platform or after its establishment.

#### Article 11 - Restriction of Access or Membership
The store can suspend or cancel the consumer's membership or restrict their access to the platform's services at any time and for any reason without prior notice.

#### Article 12 - Applicable Law
This usage agreement is governed and formulated according to the laws, regulations, and legislation in force in Saudi Arabia and is fully subject to the regulations of the authorities in Saudi Arabia.

#### Article 13 - General Provisions
1. If any provision or clause in this usage agreement is canceled or any provision or clause in this usage agreement is no longer valid, such an occurrence does not invalidate the remaining provisions, clauses, rules, and regulations of this agreement.
2. This usage agreement - which may be amended from time to time as necessary - constitutes the understanding, agreement, and contract between the store and the consumer.
3. Both parties agree that Arabic is the working language for interpreting the provisions of this agreement or translating it into another language.
4. All prices displayed for the store's services or products may be amended from time to time.
5. Promotional or marketing offers provided by the store are temporary and the store has the right to modify or discontinue these offers at any time.
6. Both parties to this agreement commit to dealing with each other in a manner that does not violate religious rules and the applicable laws and regulations.
7. This usage agreement can only be canceled by a decision issued by the store management.
